Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Now you have the ability to cancel your appointments online! We aim to accommodate you, adding ease to the most chaotic of schedules. However, we strive for perfection with every appointment, and do need a prompt fraction of your time. In an effort to stay on time, we will no longer be able to accommodate your appointment if later than 10 mins. This ensures your appointment to be perfect and full bodied… Just like your hair.

 

Please be aware of our current cancellation policy:
Less than 12 Hours is a 50% charge
No shows are charged full price

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are committed to safeguarding the health of our customers and service team. As we monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want to keep you informed about what we are doing to prevent the spread of coronavirus in our community and how you can help.

 

We will remain open and serving clients for as long as safely possible.

 

WHAT YOU CAN DO
We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy and have not been exposed, we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

 

WHAT WE ARE DOING
You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility and the tools we use to perform services.
